Property & Rental Services

Excelerate Solutions acts as an intermediary for property management, rental arbitrage, subletting, and lease bridging.
Availability of rentals is subject to landlord approval and market conditions.
We do not guarantee income or occupancy levels for property owners or rental clients.

Concierge Services

Concierge add-ons (such as welcome packs, charcuterie boards, and gifts) are subject to availability and may vary. Costs will be confirmed before delivery.

Visa Application Assistance

We provide guidance and documentation support for visa applications, but all final decisions rest with the South African Department of Home Affairs.
Excelerate Solutions is not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in immigration policy.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver reliable, professional services, Excelerate Solutions is not responsible for indirect losses, delays beyond our control, or outcomes dependent on third parties (landlords, service providers, government authorities).
