My name is Nana Mshumpela
My name is Nana Mshumpela, founder of Excelerate Solutions. My journey has always been shaped by people — not just those in my immediate family, but the broader African family I grew up around. Being raised in an environment where Nigerian, Ghanaian, and other African cultures were part of my daily life gave me a deep sense of belonging across borders. But it also exposed me to the painful reality: the very people who raised me, taught me, and loved me were often excluded and discriminated against in my own country.

That contradiction defined my purpose. I understood early on that Pan-Africanism was not just a philosophy — it was a responsibility. Through Excelerate Solutions, I’ve committed myself to creating access, representation, and dignity in spaces that often shut our people out.

I am an entrepreneur, yes, but more importantly, I am a bridge-builder. My work is not simply about property or concierge management; it is about rewriting the narrative for African nationals in South Africa and proving that excellence, resilience, and unity are what truly define us.

After facing racism and endless back-and-forth with Cape Town agents, Excelerate Solutions stepped in and changed everything. They made the process simple, respectful, and stress-free. I finally felt seen and valued as a client.

A friend referred me to Nana during the December holidays when accommodation was nearly impossible to find — everything was either fully booked or overpriced. Within a few hours of contacting Excelerate Solutions, I had a place secured. Truly a lifesaver!

I was living in an Airbnb for over four months, stuck without options, until a friend referred me to Excelerate Solutions. Nana helped me transition smoothly into a proper lease — something I thought was impossible at the time.
